Add the ability to use a scraping tool
When using a tool with an insert and the cutting profile of that insert is perpendicular to the cutting motion, Vericut should not give the error: Collision between Cutter of the tool "xxx" loaded in component "Tool" and Cut Stock of "Stock" with Spindle off at line...
This would make it possible to simulate and verify "scraping" and "interpolation turning" operations

You just need to add BroachModeOnOff for that instance, its also required for broaching and interpolated turning.
