FPT TESSEN 42

I am building a new machine that is very similar to our Nicolas Correa machines but I'm having trouble with it not moving to y position correctly. It's off by 12.2067". If I put that in the datum it works fine so what do I need to do to my machine?

I took our proven Nicolas Correa machine and just swapped out the model / stl's to make my new Tessen 42.

Any suggestions?
