Where can I find the cycle time in Vericut 7.3
Offline
I see at least 3 ways to get the cycle time, in Info > Status you can use the Configure button and add "Time" to follow the cycle time during the simulation.
Info > VERICUT Log... can be opened at the end of the simulation and you see an overview of total cycle time and time for each tool, for example:
Seq. Record Tool Description Cutter Height Cutter Stick Out Time Air Time
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1 12: N14T8M6H0 8: 1.00 X .122CR X 2.0 F.L. (3 FLUTE) HSS END MILL 4 2.25 0:12:24 100%
2 397: N397T9M6H0 9: .500 X .250CR X 1.50 F.L. (2 FLUTE) HSS END MILL 3.5 2.05 0:04:50 100%

Finally at the end of the simulation you can use File > Create Report > (Text, Html or PDF) to generate a report of the simulation, you can find several Report templates in VERICUT library folder...
