How to set GPU Graphics Card Use?

In windows "Task Manager"- OpenJDK Platform Binary - 9.4.1 by CGTech - Vericut the CPU use goes up to 15% and GPU engine stays at Zero. How is the GPU set to be maximized for Vericut?  This is noticeable when using Auto-Diff, which I would guess should be GPU intensive? It takes over 10 minutes to analyze one part.

NVIDIA and Intel UHD in the control panel as "display adapters". When I right-click on the desktop, Display Settings, Graphics Settings, - OpenJDK Platform Binary is set to NVIDIA for GPU.

In the NVIDIA Control Panel > Manage 3D settings > try Merge Healthcare for the Global Preset
