Tool Manager
If there is a way to do this I haven't discover it. In the tool manager when using the search tool function... It would be nice to be able to set the default tool library so it does not having to be selected every time the tool manager is closed and reopened.

I dont think there is any way to do this, i'll see if we can get this option added.
