Toggle on/off auto scroll on control variables window
When variables are updated on the control variables window, the screen scrolls automatically to the top.
This makes annoying to track variables when you are debugging stuff. A button on the top of the window could allows us to toggle on/off auto scrolling so we can focus on the variables we´re tracking on a given moment.
Currently when EVERY variable is updated we have to manually scroll back to the region where the variables we want to track are positioned.
