Hi guys, hoping one of you guys can put me out of my misery on machine modeling.
i am working on a project for client using 7.3 and delcam powermill 2014. the machine tool is dmu evo50 linear new style with the 530 control and nutated table
we have all the models for machine component and have them all built into a nice tree but cannot get the b axis to move correctly, what am i missing, it keeps rotating about y axis instead of rotary in its machine base position which is 45 degrees, its something to do with nutated i think but cant solve it, my model for b axis has its model origin in centre of what would be the rotary c axis is this the problem ?

Put the center where it really is, since Vericut uses this directly and you don't need to specify any kinematics separately.
