sub calls inside initialization files

Why I can't call other definitions inside my control's initialization file?

I'm trying work like siemens, where you could have many UGUD files, defining variables, and the main ugud file calls the other ones. So I can separate some definition from another:
Example:

UGUD_MEASURING - definitions for probes
UGUD_NCPROG - general definitions
UGUD_ADJUST - definitions for adjustable tool

MAIN_GUD - call this above, and it is setting as control's initialization file

When I do that, Vericut don't defines some variables. Anyone knows how can I do that?
