Reverse Playback

Please, oh please, let me reverse the playback while I'm running!

You don't even have to restore the removed material, just let the user move the tool back and forth along its path.   

Many times I am trying to see what is happening in a very small part of the tool motion and to keep re-starting it is tedious.  To me this would be the best enhancement you could make.

I agree, but I would want the material put back. 

Tool path review is good and can move the tool back and forth, but it does not show the machine or material.   Full backup function would be good.

Agreed!

Toolpath review also has no sectioning, profile, or translucency.  Tough if you are working inside a part.

For non zoomable (is that a word?) viewing I capture to an .avi file and then play it back.  You only get what was on the screen but watching the material come back can be useful.

You can section in toolpath review. The section icon and menu choice is active in the main VERICUT window and applies the section to all workpiece views, including the toolpath review view.
