Re: Space Ball / Space mouse on Windows XP64

Thanks Stefan for sticking with me.

Instead of fowarding info to IT ..... I followed your instructions, and ..... IT WORKS    big_smile

To get the correct driver for the serial devices go to the download page at http://www.3Dconnexion.com and select:

Spacemouse Classic USB
Windows XP/2000/Vista
3DxSoftware64 2.8.2

this it all it took  8)
Thanks again

Re: Space Ball / Space mouse on Windows XP64

So you can punish your IT for not following your directions

I know that one would suggest to use the driver for Spacemouse Classic Serial, but that's only for Windows 32-bit and the one I recommended is for 32 and 64-bit.

Hope your IT will offer you a cold drink

I have this same problem.  Thanks for the tip.  I am not happy with this bug.  Synergy is a great product but I cannot use it and windows scaling at the same time.
