Multiple tools assemblies in one turret position?

I'm building a tool library for a Mori Seiki NL3000 which has 12 turret positions. We have two positions reserved for live tool holders, one for OD milling and one for face milling.  We swap out different milling tools in these two holders as we machine parts. Currently we have about 100 tools (drills, end mills, thread mills, etc.) for each holder.  My question is, how would I go about building multiple tool assemblies for these two holders?  I couldn't find an example of this in the Vericut training sessions.  I'm guessing I need to use the same holder for each milling tool.  Once I do that, how do I assigned these 100 tool assemblies for one turret position?

Present you're situation to tech support and they will come up with a solution. I don't have a Nl3000 but I do change out tools a lot in our machines, lathe and mills.
