Tool Override

Hi all!

I often use APT/CLS toolpaths and predefined tools-holders from
.tls file  ( we don't have g-code machine models for all machines ).

My quest.:  How to write into apt/cls file  command for tool override ?

Re: Tool Override

You could add the LOADTL statement to your apt source and then change the "tool change by" from "cutter description" to "tool change".

example: LOADTL/123   would look to the tool library for tool 123. This method ignores the cutter statement and uses the tool library instead.
