Why is it such a headache to upgrade vericut?
First you have to request an upgrade and wait for a reply.
Then you find out you need to upgrade a license for the upgrade.
Then you have to request the license (which SHOULD have been sent along with the upgrade don't you think) and wait for a reply.
Then you have request the PROPER license for the upgrade because the people at vericut seem to hate to keep records.
After 2 weeks of BS you are finally up and running again.
Is THIS how Vericut tries to keep customers?

That's not our experience here. Usually it is a very smooth process and I think it's OK that CGTech takes some measures to protect themselves against unauthorized downloads.
Each company reserves itself the right to control how they distribute their products. Yours is not different.
They're doing a great job keeping customers IMHO. Have you spent some time reading the what's new documentation? I do. And always love it and feel our money is well spent.

My experience with the good folks at CGTech has been outstanding. They have the best customer service in the industry. I can normally get a problem fixed within 24 hours. :idea:
