Circels with RPCP get mixed up

We have a 5-axis machine with tilting head (A) and rotary table (B) with Sinumerik 840D control.
We use the Sinumerik function TRAORI. In vericut this function is defined as RTCP & RPCP

When cutting a circle CLW on B0 it is outputted as a G2.
The same circle on B180 is put out by the post as a G3 and tuns also CLW.
All of this is normal and works fine in reallity.

In Vericut however, cutting half a circle, the circle on B180 is simulated correctly in the machine-view (rotation CLW), but in the workpiece-view the rotation is CCLW.
Looking at the Machine/Cutstock view the tool travels half a circle CLW but the circle cut in the material is the CCLW half of the circle!!!

Can anyone give me a tip on what is going on :?

Re: Circels with RPCP get mixed up

Please send a set of files to support.uk@cgtech.com & we'll take a look.

The easiest method of collecting the files is:

Load the USR file (which is ready to run)
Info File Summary
Press the Blue diskette icon
Press Browse
Press the "New Folder" Icon (top right of the Copy Files To.. window)
Define a suitable directory into which VERICUT will copy the files and press OK
Press Copy

Zip the files and email then to us.

Thanks
Mike
