Multiple Vises used in one set up

When running a qty of 100-300 parts I will use 2-3 vises. The program will use one tool in as many places as possible, like using the facing cutter to face part in vise #1 to cleanup.
Then flipping part and holding in vise #2 and facing to print thickness. If there are any side holes that will be done in vise #3. My question is, when selecting the stock and part do I
select the part/ stock / fixture for each vise so that if I am using 3 vise all 3 will be in the same setup. I hope that I explained this enough so what I am trying to achieve is understood.

Thanks for helping a novice out.
