Laser tooling (laser drilling)

We´re using lot of lasermachines Deckel Maho/Sauer LaserTec.
There is no direct way to use laserbeam as a tool (drilling/shaping...).
Maybe it´s possible to attach a laser tool like the water jet cutting tool (diameter, angle aso.).

Re: Laser tooling (laser drilling)

our customers simulating the Laser machines use the water jet tool. Just like the water jet, the laser has a focus area, if you are too far or too close VERICUT will give you an error.

Re: Laser tooling (laser drilling)

So i tinkered a bit and created a special laser milling tool

but maybe it is possible for the future releases to build a special laser tool
