How to simulate both milling & turning in the same time

Hello everyone,
I am trying to run an APT file that was created by catia (with ".aptsource" extension). this file simulates both milling and turning.
The problem is (surprisingly) that while the milling is simulated correctly, the turning is not even close to it.
If someone knows what i am doing wrong, please notify me because i do not have a clue.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks,
sagi  [/b]

Re: How to simulate both milling & turning in the same time

I simulate mill/turn machines using G-code.
There are some macros VC_ModeMilling and VC_ModeTurning.  See the help documentation.

Are you actually doing both at the same time, or turning with one tool, then milling with another?

Re: How to simulate both milling & turning in the same time

Thank's for replying,

Considering your question - i am not using them at the same time but one tool after another (in the same "Toolpath").  In addition, the "toolpath" is in APT (catia) and not G-code (otherwise I'll have to build all the tools in the "Toolmanager").

The problem is that it looks like the software only recognize the milling. Maybe there is a property that I need to activate or change so it will "know" that the simulation include both milling & turning?
or maybe it's something else but i am sure it is possible.
