Tool Manger Question?

I was trying to build a new groove tool from another and I built the original groove
tool but it's been a while.  I seem to remember being able to move the coordinate
system on the insert.  I know you can move the driven point, but can you not move
the coordinate system, or is that fixed? or does it matter?

Hi Cylinder,

As far as I know, you can't move the coordinate system. But you can move the insert/cutter relative to the CSYS.
This will have the same impact on the cutter location as if you move the Driven point, but the gage offset will look a bit different.
