Batch File STL_OUTPUT help

I am writing a batch file to Open and run a part through vericut. I need it to output an STL file after it is done.

However, I can't get my batch file to recognize STL_OUTPUT (or "stl=filename.stl") as a command.

I have an STL output location specified in the project file, and I'm not using the batch wizard from CGtech.

Any one have any ideas?
