hx machine proble

Hello all
On the beginning I would like to apologize for my language.
I'm trying to configure HX machine. The problem is that rotation axis of B axis (spindel) isn't perpedicular to
Z axis of machine, but there is some angle (about 50 degrees) its look similar to DMU (DMG) machine from SHOWROOM.
I'll try to explain how does it work and how it should work.
In program angles isn't describe as A and B but with help of I J K vectors.
My machine work with vectors but when machine realize move of B axis for example 30 degrees, machine should move also A axis because B axis isn't perpedicular to Z axis. Movement of B axis looks like cone.

My question is how to control it, which macro I should use, or where can I callculate this movement: B axis is moving so A axis should controle it.

Re: hx machine proble

From the drawing you head only has a B axis rotating, the only way to achieve the orientation you describe as A would be to have another rotary on the table to rotate the part. It will then be a combination of B and C.

We support program expressed with IJK, VERICUT can internally calculate machine orientation based on the machine kinematics and axes limits.
