Cycles not adding time

Hey everyone.

I am running a job on my DMG DMU 60t with MillPlus control in version 7.0.3.

For some reason, none of the cycles are adding time to the total time for the job. For example, I have 6 holes to be tapped by a #8-32 tap. The tool does what I expect it to, the "cut color" changes as expected, and I get no warnings or errors. Everything looks fine, except that the time in the Status window does not change. When not in a Cycle mode, the time increases just as it should, but when a cycle is turned on, the time stops until the cycle is cancelled, then advances from that point, as though the cycle was skipped, and the cutting time and air time in the Vericut Log for that tool say zero. This is the only machine in which this happens, and it is only while a cycle is active.

Any ideas?

I looked at some of our samples and cannot see the behavior you encounter.

Samples > DMG > dmg_dmu60t_heimplus.VcProject

this project has a G81 on line 10, it processes correctly.

I would suggest that you talk to someone in Technical Support to review your configuration.
