I think that without the FileSummary to help in this matter will be difficult.

Re: Mazak_nexus_510c Machine simulation

I got that error once, and it was because I renamed the spindle component, and I had macro's in the control file that call the spindle component, by name.

Look at your word / address, on S, M3, M5, M13, ETC, can see if you have one of those macro's call the spindle component, by name, and make sure the name is correct.

Re: Mazak_nexus_510c Machine simulation

It looks like you have the wrong control, a call for the part_spindle indicates that the command tries to spin the part and tries to do a turning operation.

In the Library folder, select the control called mazak_nexus510c_matrix.ctl and it should process correctly.

Re: Mazak_nexus_510c Machine simulation

Thanks. It fixed my problem but i have another question. All my machines have a sub plate about 2.5" thick ontop of machine table and my question is:

Thanks in advance

Re: Mazak_nexus_510c Machine simulation

Display your Project tree

Select the Attach component branch in the tree

In the Configure Component panel in the bottom of the Project tree, Translate tab
Position = 0 0 2.5

By moving this component, the stock and fixture will be translated 2.5 inch

Configuration > Machine Save as...

Save the machine somewhere on your network. Save the Project file as your starting template.
