hei530.ctl in v7.0.3 not working

I'm currently running a slightly modified version of the hei530.ctl for our Hermle C600U from v7.0.0.  We have had a lot of false crashes that practically went away upgrading to v7.0.1 while still using the v7.0.0 control file.  We are now running v7.0.3 and noticed that the hei530.ctl file was updated (actually may have been updated in v7.0.1 but I didn't notice).  I'm not sure what changes in the new control file caused this, but it shows a lot of false crashes again.  They are all tied to the C axis taking control of the tool tip and creating a crash when it rotates (running 3+2 machining).  This is exactly like what we were experiencing in v7.0.0.  We are now using Vericut v7.0.3 with the control file out of v7.0.0.  I know most of you would say if it ain't broke, don't fix it... but I like to stay current with all the new macros and such.  I see there are a few new macros used in the newest control file.  Anyway, this post may be more of a heads up than a request for a fix as our old control file does work.  Most likely a bug in the control file. Any ideas or suggestions as to what may be the problem?

Thanks,
Dave

Re: hei530.ctl in v7.0.3 not working

Please contact Tech support, even though we do a lot of QA testing when we update the controls, your application might have been outside of our test range.

it might only be a setting. We can probably give you a quick fix.

Thanks for reporting it.

Re: hei530.ctl in v7.0.3 not working

Just to follow up on this in case someone else has this issue.  The fix was found by tech support.  All that needed to be done was to check Process After Motion in the M94 setting in the Word/Address list.  Thanks to Tom B and tech support, we are up and running without this issue any more. big_smile
