makino mag3 spindle head change

Hi,

I noticed that on the Makino mag3 machine, before the program run, the spindle is different from the one during machining.

this is the spindle before running

and this is the spindle when the program start to run

the mag3 spindle should look like the one before running (1st picture) . can someone tell me how to fix this?

The A axis model is defined in the spindle.   It is spinning the A-Axis when the spindle comes on .   Move the A axis model to the A-Axis.   You don't need a model in the spindle definition on this machine.
