Translucency for spindle

Hello,

how can i make my spindle translucency but keep my tools shaded ?
I've tried to make it through the axis but then the the tools are also translucency.
When i delete the spindle and tool from the machine tree and add the spindle and tool again it works.
But when opening the project again, the spindle and the tools coming translucency.

Thanks
chester

Re: Translucency for spindle

Don't know if still relevant but this is how to set it in V7
Make your spindle component (or levels up) translucent
Make your tools NOT translucent
Machine view has to be in Opengl and translucent setting has to be shifted towards 'more'
See pict.
