PDF report not showing tool use

Hello. Im pretty new to Vericut, so some of my questions may seem a bit naive, but hopefully Ill get the hang of it soon... I was wondering why when I generate a report at the end of the program, i get the first page with all the files listed on it, but the second page shows nothing for any tools. It has the first line where a tool and its data should be, but all the cells in the line say "0" and no tool is listed. the reports come out fine occasionally, but more often than not they are incomplete. any suggestions?

make sure you are using the template you are using is correct to output your report.

Project > Reports > Report Template > Edit...
in the Report Template panel, File > Open...
Shortcut = Library
select the file = vericut.VcTemplate
or vericut_basic.VcTemplate

Close, and Yes to use the template...
