Invalid Circle Statement

OK, this is probably a really dumb question, but I've asked the guys at my shop and they don't know, so here goes:

What exactly does the message "invalid circle statement. r1=4.2334, r2=4.2428" mean? my guess is that the circle being cut has one radius larger than the other, thus making the shape not a circle, but I want to make sure before I start adjusting things.

Re: Invalid Circle Statement

This message means that within the control calculation tolerance the values of end point/circle center are not accurate enough. In your case difference between r1 and r2 (radius at start end radius at end) is -0.0094. So you have two solutions to avoid this message:
- Increase calculation tolerance by at least 0.01 (If you are sure that the real machine will accept the same tolerance)
- modify NC program to be more accurate

Note: Control calculation can be set in VERICUT menu Configuration > Control Setting..., "General" tab, Calculation Tolerance
