Model Export - Catia V5 or V4

Dear CGtech team,

I am trying to export the cut model by "Save Cut Stock", "Cad model", "export cut stock", file type Catia V4 (also V5) and I am receiving the following information "Error loading ACIS libraries!". This problem does not occur on IGES option. Could you please help me?

Thank you and Best Regards

Daniel Krabbe

Hello Daniel,

To export a CATIA V5 format, you also need the module: CATIA V5 Model Interface

For more information, look in: http://cgtech.com/usa/vericut-model-interfaces/

Re: Model Export - Catia V5 or V4

Great Serge !!

I already requested a temporary license to evaluate the Model export features and I have the full licenses options running on my Desktop computer right now (for 1 month).

For the alarm message (error loading....), maybe something is missing.

Thank you !!

Daniel Krabbe

ps: I did a screen shot with the environments variables (also license) that nowadays is running on my computer, however was not possible to upload it on this Forum (forum alarm message: Could not upload attachment to./files/881_6b.......61af). The attachment have less than 800x600 pixels and also I tried to put as zip file, however without sucess.

Thank you and best Regards from Brazil,

Re: Model Export - Catia V5 or V4

Hello Serge,

I received this instruction from CGTech support and it solved the problem. I am sharing with anothers users:

On the VERICUT 6.2.1 CD is a file
  vcredist_x86.exe
copy this onto your computer, then double click on the file to launch.  This should install
some files needed for the CAD model interfaces to work on a 32 bit computer.
By the way Administrator privileges are required to do the install.

Thank you and best Regards from Brazil,
