Hello Vericut Experts,
I am building machine model of 5axis machine – Hermle C40U ( www.hermle.de) . It has A and C-axes in the table (rocker arm). It has one speciality. A and C axis does not cross each other. There is an offset of (0, 75, 75) mm. I have not found any model of such machine in documentation or training material. My problem is how to specify this offset in Vericut model to get exact simulation.
Thanks a lot

After you add an axis in the component tree, you can double click it, and go to the position tab and enter the position, and angles if necessary.

After adding components offsets you will get the next result approximately:

Hi,
Thanks for replay. But I have to explain my problem in more details to understand it. I created the model of the machine. Everything looks fine. Even when I use M128 ( m128 - tool follow the same position against stock when the x,y,z and a,c axis are moving ) function a tool follows the point, but just in case when I move C axis. When I move C and A axis simultaneously or juts A axis a tool dose not follow the point correctly.
If I translate the CS of C component to have same position as CS of A component everything is ok. The tool has the same position when I change the position of A and C axis simultaneously.
It looks to me that I have to specify the Y an Z - offset between C and A component, but I do not know how. Vericut does not recognize this offset avtomaticly. Is it Vericat able to simulate such cinematic models?

VERICUT is able . Try to add the entry in Base Work Offset table (Setup/Machine/Settings/Tables) using Components location. Specify the offset from component Tool to component C.
