TIP : you can resize ZOOM TO BOX windows.
You can resize ZOOM TO BOX windows
1st, it will keep the image size the same and when you stretch the window, you will have a white picture frame boundary.
2nd hit the FIT button. ( the white boundary goes away )
3rd, regular ZOOM back in to the area you want.
its a couple steps, but it's easy
