How is the Cut Tolerance working on Detail?
I want to have information i.e. which values must I apply to be able to detect a defined amount of material in AUTODIFF.
If based on "Stock Size" is used as well a table would be good which reflects the "Cut Tolerance" according to the stock size.
At the moment it's very frustrating to set up the values. You can only do it by testing and testing and testing. Always with the risk to have a crash on machine (gouge/excess material which Vericut was not able to detect because the i.e. Cutting Tolerance was not set accurate enough).

Try Constant Gouge. It is independent of Cutting Tolerance, and will give you the exact reading in AUTODIFF you desire. Version 6.

Sorry about the delay. I was pre-occupied at the time of you post, and then forgot about it.
take a look at the threads I posted here, and see if you have any more questions.
