When using a right angle head tool holder I can see the holder in machine view and machine cut stock view.
I can not see it in workpiece view.
Any ideas why?
I should add that all other tool holders are visible.

I use 90-heads.
I use them as part of the machine kenamatics.
they are usually attached to the spindle component or rotary head.
see head changer.usr in vericut samples
so machine components don't show up in non machine windows.
thats normal
you can load a 90 head in the tool list as a holder.
diferent things apply if you do that with regards to colision detection, nears miss, and stuff.

This is not a machine component, it's a tool holder.
It's like the angle_tool sample.
In that sample the angle head appears in both views.
But in this project it only appears in the machine view?
We get the other holders to appear, but the right angle heads and their respective cutters neither appear nor cut?

look in Setup Motions to see if "Display Holders in Workpiece view" is checked.

Yes , that was turned on.
I've got the answer for my problem now (from your excellent support group in France)
I did not know I couldn't rotate the cutter part of the tool. Now if I leave the drill with a standard vericut orientation and rotate only the angled head , it works fine.
Sorry, my fault !
