Each time there is a point release we get an email, this is good. It usually states that it is shipped automatically to those that have issues. Others can request a shipment.
Why not just send an email to each customer on the shipping list when you ship automatically also? A few emails may save you lots of unneeded calls.
I am in a big company and if I don't track down the shipment, I never get it. I need to know it is coming.

That is a good point. Thank you for the suggestion. In the future, those whom are to receive the update automatically will be notified in advance.
