is possible to tie volume removal to rpm?

I'm working on a real p.i.a. part. the slotting rpm is reduced to 750 and the rest of the roughing is running 1160.
the problem is in slotting the volume removal is too high.
currently running 5.4.4 as every release of 6 has had a "show stopping" bug that I can't (read don't have time) to work around.
( yes support has the files/issues.)
editing the file is not a good option, it's about 2.5 mb.
any thoughts?

How about using 2 Optipath Records for 1 tool

access diferent records using the PPRINT \ VERICUT-OPTIPATH record
