CATV Missing From Windows 64 bit

Is there a way to use CATV on a 64 bit Windows machine?  I'm useing 6.0.1
The installation doesn't have a CATV folder.  :cry:

I copied the 32 bit version of CATV from another installation and hacked it into submission.  :twisted:
