HOW DO I PUT TOOL CLEARANCE ANGLES ON A LATHE TOOL I SEEM TO GET ALOT OF FALSE COLLISIONS WITH LATHE TOOLS THAT ACTUALLY HAVE CLEARANCE ANGLES ON THEM BUT VERICUT MAKES EVERYTHING SQUARE I USE THE MASTERCAM INTERFACE

Are the collisions reported as "Holder" collisions? If so, I was having this problem because of a tolerance setting, and this fixed it for me:
>File >Properties> Tolerance Tab >Model Tolerance - mine was set too high: .05, changed to .005 to correct.
As far as clearance angles, I have no Idea if that can be done.

Another setting that I just learned about that might help:
>Setup >Machine >Settings > Ignore Collision between cutter and stock > All Tools
