Zoom to Box

When I click the “Zoom to Box” button and drag an area to zoom in on, 9 times out of 10, I need to rotate that view for whatever reason. There’s one little thing that’s annoys me when using this feature, and that is always having to right-click the view and select “Set Spin Center”. It seems to me that this should be the default. It doesn’t make sense if you have a large part and you “zoom to box” in on a small area , try to rotate that view a little bit only to have it rotate out of view.
Is there any way of setting the spin center as default?
If not, maybe there should be a preference setting.
