Okuma LB300 Lathe/OSP U100L Control

Hi there,

I've been given the task of running about 200 NC programmes through our Vericut, to give cycle times to our planning department.

I've used the supplied LB400 machine, with the OSP7000L control, from the Vericut installation.

I get some wildly varying cycle times, with some parts being accurate, and others not. Has anyone successfully used Vericut for time output for an Okuma lathe with this control? I'm keen for any assistance, as the pressure is on to get this done.

One other point. A lot of our programmes utilise the Okuma G75/G76 auto corner rounding/chamfering functions. The documentation is a little flimsy as to how this is implemented. Can anyone help to explain how I set this up? Feel free to email me.

Regards,

Mike
