This Multi spindle Turn-Mill machine has a rotating B axis tool changer in the top and indexing turret at bottom.
The B axis spindle can rotate to have the turning tool facing downwards or upwards (Insert position).
When the bottom turret is in motion and simulatenously there is insert positioning in the B axis, an error message occurs declaring the B-axis turning tool not in 'turning plane' - when actually the tool has not yet snapped to its intended position.
Upon overriding this error msg, the cutting is just fine.
Kindly suggest method/s to remove the error.

This error has been removed in the current version of VERICUT. To cut correctly, a turning tool must be positionned in a plane that passes through the part rotation center. The check was made as soon as the tool was loaded. This caused some false warning in your type of machines.
Now, this error message only occurs when trying to cut the part with a tool that is in a plane that does not pass through the part rotating center and therefore will not be output for positionning moves.
