6 0 4 issue : Importing IGES , causes crash

Hi .

Has anyone faced this problem with 604 . when ever the iges file is imported, vericut crashes .

also, 604 crashes a lot more than 602, and we need to re-configure licence every time it crashes, anybody face such issues.

plz share remedies.

I've got to be honest and say for me, 6.0.4 has been the most stable version yet. Not only is it more reliable but also alot faster. Gone are the long pauses between Tool Changes and B-Axis motion.

If you experience crash situations, your best line of defense is to contact Tech Support.

I am not sure why you need to reconfigure the licenses. But you will experience an up to 5 minutes delay after a crash. When you exit VERICUT cleanly, the license manager know the license is no longer required and makes it available to all users. When a crash happens, the license manager has no way to see it so every 300 seconds it send a message to the network to see it all the licenses checked out are still active.
