Tool Manager - Reference

When "Right-Clicking" on a Tool or Component I would like to see "Reference" added to the selection list.  This would make it quicker to create a new Tool Component as a Reference to an existing Tool or Tool Component within the same Tool file.   

The "Right click" selection list would then include:

...
Cut
Copy
Reference
Paste
...

The subsequent Paste operation would create a Tool Component with the same ID as the Referenced Tool or Tool Component, similar to a Copy - Paste sequence.
