Need help in telling the system to come up with more points

Hi,
I am cutting with 4 axis (rotary). After I machine and do the auto-diff, I see a lot of patches of gouges. I am finding out that those are not really gouges and those are results of rotary cut tolerance of vericut. My rotary cut tolerance is .001 and cut tolerance is .005. My gouge tolerance is .005. I have said "Yes" for intermediate points. Even then, I see those gouges in vericut. How can I refine this?
This is needed as I do not want to sift through hundreds of "not-at-all gouges" to find the real gouges.
        Thanks you in advance.
