Add a toggle to warn tools that can't plunge
It would be great to have a toggle to say a tool can't ever plunge. With VC issuing a warning.
Also, using Force, there needs to be something in the tool to tell VC NOT to change my feeds on ramp and helical entries. Just because a tool can have a chipload of XX, this does not work during entries.
