Driven Point from the center of the ball

We have programmed from the center of the Lollipop Cutter Ø25 (all ISO code from the center of the mill)
We have defined Tool in Tool list from center (Spherical End Mill), but it is not correct yet.
We have put many Macros under T
_ DrivenPointOffsetDirect
_ GageOffsetDirect2
_ DynamicToolTipOnOff
_ DynamicToolTipAdjust
What I have missing to run the Tool to the center of the ball?
Thanks for the help

Re: Driven Point from the center of the ball

The feature of Dynamic Tool Tip applies to only turning tools.
Macro DynamicToolTipOnOff it is perfect, but it is only for turning.
When I use RtcpUses
Value 2
Tool took more from one side (Forward)
When I use
Value 3
Took from the other side (Back)
Is there anyone who has any idea?

Re: Driven Point from the center of the ball

For tool length offsets you normally only need TurnOnOffGageOffset, often G43.x or similar takes care of the rest.

Re: Driven Point from the center of the ball

Thanks for reply Tony
We have control with Tool length offset, but it is a special programming method, therefore we need such as turning with B axis from the center of the insert macro.

M06 T01
G43 H1 D1
I have under G43

TurnOnOffGageOffset
Value 1
IMMEDIATE

Does not care about different points in the surfaces of the ball,
therfor Tool took more material from one side of pocket.
Driven point it starts perfect in center of ball, but when moving, driven point follows center of ball only to Z axis, not C,and B axis.

Re: Driven Point from the center of the ball

CG Tech has no machine like it in the library.
If I get your email, I can send more information.
