Do not lock NC program file when not running simulation

When Vericut is running a simulation the NC program file is locked, so it can't be overwritten.
If the user has the NC program visible in the Info > NC Program window, the NC file is also locked.
When creating a new version of the NC in CAM or Postprocessor, the user has to close this window before the new NC file can be created/overwritten.
It would be nice if the NC file would only be locked when running the simulation. After a reset, this lock would be removed.

Re: Do not lock NC program file when not running simulation

In Vericut 9.2 the NC file gets locked as soon as the project file is opened.
When trying to delete/overwrite it in windows explorer, you get the message: "The action can't be completed because the file is open in OpenJDK Platform binary"
To repost the NC file we now need to completely close Vericut. sad

There are a few scr's describing this issue already, but i'd still ask Tech UK to add another on your behalf.
