V8.1 - Help on specific topic doesn't work for HTML based help

When pressing F1 in a window the help file doesn't open:

Opening the main help uses the adress:
C:\Program Files\CGTech\VERICUT 8.1\hhelp\vericut_help\Default.htm

Pressing F1 on a specific topic uses the adress: -for example-
http://%22file//C:/Program%20Files/CGTech/VERICUT%208.1/hhelp/vericut_help/Default.htm%22#Shared_Content/Tool_Manager_window.htm

Seems theres something funny about the adress when opening a specific help section.

It works fine when I change the adress manually to:
C:/Program Files/CGTech/VERICUT 8.1/hhelp/vericut_help/Default.htm#Shared_Content/Tool_Manager_window.htm
IE opens the page and displayes the adress as:
file:///C:/Program%20Files/CGTech/VERICUT%208.1/hhelp/vericut_help/Default.htm#Shared_Content/Tool_Manager_window.htm

This all doesn't apply to help files still in PDF.

Hello Patrick,
Just a quick update on this- it seems browser/version specific. Can you let us know what browser and version you are using- for example, in your browser choose the Help > About menu option, and let us know what you have. I'll keep an eye on this topic for your response. As a workaround you could try using a different browser, such as Mozilla Firefox.

Hi Gene,

Browser = Internet Explorer 11 (update 11.0.47)

Your right about the browser. When I make Chrome the default, pages wil open.
(Bad thing is that this will be reset to IE11 by our IT logon script)
