How to save DMG control backup file for vericut

Hi all,
This is my first post here. Since DMG is not helping us out, I hope I get some answers here.
We have a DMG ULTRASONIC 20 linear 5-axis Mill with Siemens (Sinumerik) 840D control. CG-Tech needs the control back up file from our machine to build us a machine. I'm not familiar with Siemens control.
Does anyone know how to save the back up file from this machine?

I believe you need to create an "Archive" of your control with NC/PLC option selected. Machine needs to be in service mode using SUNR**E password. Then go to service > Archive >(give a unique name to your archive file) it will take about 10 to 15minutes for machine to create a file. Once the archive file is created you can get it out of the machine using USB stick.
