Hi,
I really try to avoid Substitutions if not really really the "last resort", but sometimes it's the way to go.
I just throw the questions out, without giving any example of where to be used: Do you see any advantages of having the possibility to put conditions on substitutions?
I do. Sometimes...

I remember to have resorted to some like that somewhen... but not an usual thing for me...

Hi Svante
I think your suggestion is interesting, I expect it can feasibly be added to Vericut. If I understand correctly…..what you want is to do something like this.
IF/M=3 SUB/S/Q
IF/M=4 SUB/S/R
My question is, what is the use case? I might need your conditional substitutions someday. But I cannot think of a reason right now. Please give me an ideas how you would use this in practice.
Thanks
Dave
