Mazak machine models

Several Mazak machines are included in the library with Vericut.
When will more Mazak machine models be made available ? Will the agreement to share technology between Mazak and Cgtech expedite this process ?

Re: Mazak machine models

In VERICUT 5.4.4 we added the Integrex e650 to the Library machines. the startup file is a Nexus 410a.

We also added some machines from multiple manufacturers like Mori Seiki, Makino, Okuma, etc...

More machines will eventually be added to our machine library. But there is no definitive list at the moment.

What machine did you have in mind?

Re: Mazak machine models

I applaud your adding new machines !
We are interested in the machine that CgTech references on the user page regarding Ellstrom manufacturing. The Mazak Variaxis 630.

Re: Mazak machine models

We've got a Mazak Variaxis 630 but CGTech made us pay for it to be built for us.

Now that's support  :?

Re: Mazak machine models

In VERICUT the user can build his own machine and configure his own control to simulate his NC programs. This is a time consuming task that requires a good knowledge of the product and the CNC machine.

Many customers do not have the time, expertise or the desire to build and configure their machines in VERICUT. They often hire CGTech to do it for them.

Each machine we are hired to build requires a certain amount of customization. Many factors contribute to make every machine unique:
1) CAD-CAM system used
2) Post-Processor output format
3) machine/control configuration
4) special functions
5) programming techniques

When our Engineers deliver a machine, all these factor are accounted for. Also, they will support and educate you on how to use these files.

Best regards

Serge
