Can't load AMD 64 bit dll....
Hello, Guys,
once having installed the app and trying to open it up I got such issue :
---Unable to access shared libray C:\CGTech\Windows\Vericut\CGTech.dll. Can't load AMD 64-bit.dll on a IA 32 bit platform.---
Vericut 7.3.1
Sytem is Widows XP Sp2&Sp3 32 bit. During installation picked up 32 bit version of course.
(I'm forced to use these oldie devices due to many CNC stuff which is working best on it.)
Is there any wise man here to make me enlighted ??

XP is no longer supported I think...

Do you have VERICUT environments set properly?
What about CGTECH_INSTALL ? Does it point to VERICUT loadpoint? It should be something similar to "C:\Program Files\CGTech\VERICUT 7.3.3"
What about CGTECH_PRODUCTS ? Does it point to VERICUT windows 64? It should be something similar to "C:\Program Files\CGTech\VERICUT 7.3.3\windows" (Not "...\windows64")
If you want to read more about environment variables for VERICUT, please search for "Environment Variables" in the file "installing_cgtech_products.pdf" that is stored within the folder "hhelp", which is within VERICUT loadpoint. (Assuming you are using the default installation path "C:\Program Files\CGTech\VERICUT 7.3.3\hhelp")
Sorry if I´m sounding obvious but it´s very hard to say without being in front of the problem...

By the way,
Do a re-install of all redistributables found in the "\Redistributables" folder in VERICUT CD...

Thank you indeed for response (pretty delayed -sorry:-] )
After 'n-th - invain-attempt I 've decided fnally to install just Win 8 and XP emulator within it to be able to run another apps being not supported by the 8.
All worked charming so far.
Once more thanks.
I ' ll stay here offcourse to observe all the interesting threads about Vericut.
